Gina McCarthy signs Risk Management Program Amendments

Risk Management Program (RMP) amendments are being finalized. EPA Administrator, Gina McCarthy, signed the rule (prepublication version) on 12/21/2016, and EPA is submitting it for publication in the Federal Register (FR).
